Leah A. Feldman, DVM, MPH
I grew up here in Huntington Beach with a house full of dogs, a menagerie of small critters from frogs to hamsters, and riding horses at the Orange County fair grounds. Animals have always been a central part of my life from the beginning and at the age of 10, I decided that veterinary medicine was my life’s calling.
I received a bachelors degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. I have a special interest in dermatology, infectious/zoonotic diseases, and end of life care. I’m a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association (SCVMA). I enjoy traveling, cooking, yoga, riding horses, and spending time with my two shelter dogs, Izzy and Piglet.
